When the goal is to create a close-knit and coordinated team of collaborators, there is nothing better than an engaging experience, in a motivating and exclusive environment like the one of a racetrack, with the best automotive production available, participating to the Centro’s special Team Building program.

Team skill contest and dynamic exercises, based on the collaboration and the success of the “team”: the energy of the challenge, the individual contributions, the group result. To enhance harmony, sense of belonging and spirit of collaboration.

The standard agenda of the course includes the arrival at the racetrack at 8:45 and the end of the activities by 17:30.

The Team Building Driving Course program, that has a theoretical session of only 30 ‘, offers several driving turns on the track behind the wheel of the best performing cars, and dynamic exercises with rankings and final team awards:

Correct driving setting
First session of track laps, with practical application of the concepts previously presented during the theory session.

Miniskid car
Mechanical device that causes a rear skid at low speed, that has to be controlled with the correct steering and accelerator management technique. The exercise includes a contest, based on driving technique and driving precision, which contributes to defining the final team ranking.

Emergency braking with avoidance of sudden obstacle
Emergency braking simulation on artificially wet surfaces. A luminous device determines the sudden and casual need to dodge an obstacle and special photocells detect the travel speed near the braking starting point. The exercise includes a contest which contributes to defining the final team ranking.

Driving on the track with Driver-Instructor on board
Session of track laps to increase the in-depth analysis of individual driving techniques: setting the curve trajectories, braking modulation, use of the accelerator, correct exploitation of the torque-power of the engine.

GT Track
Track set up on an artificially wet surface and with low grip areas, to experiment and enhance the active safety systems that are on the cars. The exercise includes a contest which contributes to defining the final team ranking.

Driving on the track with Driver-Instructor on board and telemetry
Telemetric control cars: measure the performance. Collect data during testing to constantly improve the driving quality: accelerator, steering, brakes, speed.

The cars and the boxes communicate through a sophisticated telemetric system, in which all the indicators are monitored for a precise analysis of the driving quality of each “Student”.
