A super-complete 2-day course, which includes all the units of the Safe, Evolved and Sports Driving Courses in an exciting 2-day experience. Basically the best in the panorama of circuit driving courses!
The course’s standard agenda includes the arrival at the racetrack at 8.45 am and the end of the activities by 5.30 pm for each day.
During this exceptional course you will carry out the following exercises:
Correct driving setting
First session of track laps, with practical application of the concepts previously presented during the theory session.
Mechanical device that causes a rear skid at low speed, that has to be controlled with the correct steering and accelerator management technique. The exercise includes a contest, based on driving technique and precision, with the winner being awarded during the final ceremony.
Emergency braking with avoidance of sudden obstacle
Emergency braking simulation on artificially wet surfaces. A luminous device determines the sudden and casual need to dodge an obstacle and special photocells detect the travel speed near the braking starting point. The exercise includes a contest with the winner being awarded during the final ceremony.
Driving on the track with Driver-Instructor on board
Session of track laps to increase the in-depth analysis of individual driving techniques: setting the curve trajectories, braking modulation, use of the accelerator, correct exploitation of the torque-power of the engine.
Pneumatic plate that causes a sudden skidding of the car in transit, simulating a random-direction side impact, that has to be controlled on a low adherence surface, artificially wet.
Track set up on an artificially wet surface and with low grip areas, to experiment and enhance the active safety systems that are on the cars. The exercise also consists of a contest among all the participants, in which the chrono time of the lap of each guest is detected.
Driving on the track with Driver-Instructor on board and telemetry
Cars with telemetry device: measure the performance. Collect data during testing to constantly improve the driving quality: accelerator, steering, brakes, speed.
The cars and the boxes communicate through a sophisticated telemetric system, in which all the indicators are monitored for a precise analysis of the driving quality of each “Student”.
Graphic comparison between the Telemetry trace of the Driver-Instructor and the one created by the participant. A specific software attributes an objective value to the participant’s driving quality (CQG: Coefficiente di Qualità di Guida). The awarding of the CQG is combined with a contest with a final award ceremony.
