There are many types of courses dedicated specifically to companies; they are structured and personalised in terms of the programme and goals to suit the needs of the Company.

Incentives and Public Relations, for example with the Sales Force, on reaching certain turnover objectives, or aimed at particularly important customers.

 

The exclusive nature of the racing circuit, the high performance fleet of vehicles and the direct contact between the various participants for “bonding” with the Driver-Instructors all guarantee that the days will be spent in a pleasant and relaxing environment that will involve and stimulate participants. The car is the “grown-up’s toy”, so nothing could be better than a day on the circuit to discover the thrill of feeling like a real racing driver!

 

Furthermore, the incentive courses feature ability contests combined with certain practice exercises, with final ceremonies where a podium is used and cups awarded: in these activities it is not the fastest driver overall that wins, but those who drive the most fluidly and safely of all, and those who have greatest control of the vehicle.

Thanks also to the unique conference facilities available exclusively to the Centre, which are set amidst greenery about 200 m from the racing circuit, the Centre is able to organise Company Conventions in which the Safe Driving Course or training day become a fun and relaxing way to wind up a challenging business appointment.

Team Building: the need for Company Team Building is met by creating teams; these challenge each other to reach a group result. The contests combined with dynamic practice exercises do not give prizes to the individual, but rather the Team which overall demonstrates the best driving skills, tactics/strategies and team spirit.

 

The natural team-building spirit guaranteed by the racing circuit is heightened through a number of extra driving activities, such as the team pit-stop tyre change.

Training and/or refresher courses for travelling personnel whose work involves the risks and hazards that are part of driving every day. The risks implied in driving a corporate vehicle are linked to the job, and indeed Legislative Decree 626/94, with subsequent modifications, actually stipulates that the risks must be:
-considered at the time of assessment;
-reduced as far as possible;
-brought to the attention of the workers by providing them with adequate information and training.

 

In these cases, the Course is required to improve the quality and safety of the driving of travelling personnel, as this constitutes a vital asset for companies. If safe driving by personnel is the main requirement, for many businesses protecting their vehicle fleets and keeping them in good condition is by no means an issue to be underestimated.
